Delivery is via courier. Items will be dispatched from our main depot between Monday and Friday of each week. There is an extra delivery charge for Saturday deliveries. Please note that special orders can take between 21-28 days. You would be informed of this and we will do all we can to get the item to you as quickly as possible. But please be aware we will not be held accountable for any losses, costs, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. We utilise a courier firm, to carry out our deliveries. We are therefore unable to give any indication of delivery times. Delivery is normally dispatched within the time limit listed. Also we would notify of delivery prior sending the item out on goods that take 14 days or more to deliver. If there is nobody to accept the delivery, a card will be left and redelivery will automatically be issued. If a second failed delivery attempt is made, then the goods will be returned to the courier’s local depot, from where you may collect the goods. Please note the goods are only held for 7 days after failed delivery. Any further delivery attempts will be chargeable to you. We accept no responsibility for loss of earnings, Time lost etc when waiting for deliveries. We can arrange delivery worldwide. Any addresses that involve a crossing, such as Isle of Wight or further north than Inverness are subject to additional carriage charges.

For World-Wide delivery Please email us the destination. We will contact you with a delivery price as soon as possible. We are more than happy for you to collect your item, and avoid the carriage charge. We require notice that you intend to collect, and will need to confirm your item is ready before you attempt to collect. Collection is possible from our Edinburgh Store, either in person or by your own courier, Monday-Friday 10.00am - 5.30pm.
